Nikolai Pavlovich Raev (Russian: Николай Павлович Раев; 30 October [O.S. 18 October] 1855, Nizhny Novgorod – 26 February 1919, Armavir) was a Russian state and public figure and teacher. Active State Councillor (1896). The last Chief Procurator of the Most Holy Synod in the Russian Empire (from August 30, 1916 – until the fall of the monarchy in March 1917).
