Niemcza [ˈɲɛmt͡ʂa] (German: Nimptsch) is a town in Dzierżoniów County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Niemcza. It lies on the Ślęza River, approximately 20 km (12 mi) east of Dzierżoniów, and 48 km (30 mi) south of the regional capital Wrocław.
