Nobuhle Pamela Nkabane MP (born 1 August 1979) currently serves as the Minister of Higher Education in the cabinet of South Africa, having been sworn in on 3 July 2024. She previously served as the Deputy Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy from 2021 until 2024.

Nkabane is a member of the National Assembly of South Africa for the African National Congress. She was first elected an MP in the 2019 general election. Nkabane previously worked as a tutor at the University of South Africa while serving as an MP.
