Norihisa Tamura (田村 憲久, Tamura Norihisa; born 15 December 1964) is a Japanese politician who served as the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare from September 2020 to October 2021. He is also a member of the House of Representatives representing Mie Prefecture since 1996.
