Norma E. Burgos Andújar (born October 30, 1954) is a Puerto Rican politician who served as the Lieutenant Governor and the Secretary of State under Governor Pedro Rosselló from 1995 to 1999. She also served as a member of the Senate of Puerto Rico from 2000 to 2012.
