Yang Berbahagia Datuk Hajah Norshida binti Haji Ibrahim (born 1 April 1975) is a Malaysian politician who has served as Member of the Johor State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Buloh Kasap from 2013 to 2018. She is a member, the Vice Women Chief of Johor and the Division Women Chief of Segamat of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), a component party of the BN coalition. She previously was the UMNO Women Information Chief from 2018 to 2023.
