Norzagaray, officially the Municipality of Norzagaray (Tagalog: Bayan ng Norzagaray), is a municipality in the province of Bulacan, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 136,064 people.

It is the location of Angat Dam which sits on the lower realms of the Sierra Madre Mountain range. It is notable for being a major water and power supply for the National Capital Region.
