OF Nea Ionia (Greek: Όμιλος Φιλάθλων Νέας Ιωνίας/ΟΦ Νέας Ιωνίας) is a Greek handball club, based in the suburban town of Nea Ionia in the Athens agglomeration. It was founded in 1926.
