Obernburg am Main (German pronunciation: [ˈoːbɐnˌbʊʁk ʔam ˈmaɪn], lit. 'Obernburg on the Main'; officially Obernburg a.Main; South Franconian: Omborsch), commonly known as Obernburg, is a town in the Miltenberg district in the Regierungsbezirk of Lower Franconia (Unterfranken) in Bavaria, Germany. It has a population of around 8,500.
