Oblivsky District (Russian: Обли́вский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the forty-three in Rostov Oblast, Russia. It is located in the northeast of the oblast. The area of the district is 2,013.5 square kilometers (777.4 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality (a stanitsa) of Oblivskaya. Population: 18,872 (2010 Census); 19,167 (2002 Census); 27,610 (1989 Soviet census). The population of Oblivskaya accounts for 52.5% of the district's total population.
