Oficial Factor

Cesar Caballero (born November 25, 1977) is a Mexican luchador enmascarado, or masked professional wrestler. Working under the ring name Oficial Factor, he appears for the Mexican professional wrestling promotion International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG). Caballero previously worked under a number of other ring names including Mega, but they are not officially acknowledged, as the enmascarado character is promoted as a separate entity from his previous characters, which is often the case when a Mexican wrestler adopts a new masked character. He is from a wrestling family, though it is not known to which other wrestlers he is related.
