Oleg Semyonov-Tyan-Shansky

Oleg Izmailovich Semyonov-Tyan-Shansky (Russian: Олег Измайлович Семёнов-Тян-Шанский; October 15, 1906 – September 21, 1990) was a Soviet ornithologist, naturalist, biologist and a founder of the Lapland nature reserve.
