Orphan X

Orphan X is a 2016 thriller novel written by Gregg Hurwitz. It is the first in a ten-book series of the same name from publisher Minotaur Books. For a time, the film rights belonged to Warner Bros.

Since its debut, the novel has been followed by several sequels, continuing the story of Evan Smoak, a former government assassin who now operates as the Nowhere Man to help those in need. As of 2025, the series includes the following books:
