Osamu Higashio (東尾 修, Higashio Osamu; born May 18, 1950) is a Japanese former baseball player who played in the Japanese professional leagues from 1969–1988, being remembered as one of the leading Japanese pitchers in the 1980s. He also was manager of the Seibu Lions from 1995 to 2001.
