Oulu (/ˈuːluː/ OO-loo) is a town in Bayfield County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 560 at the 2020 census, up from 527 at the 2010 census. The town is named after Oulu, the fifth most populous city of Finland located in the North Ostrobothnia region.
