The Papillion-La Vista School District is headquartered in Papillion, Nebraska, United States. The district covers most of Papillion, almost all of La Vista, and small portions of Bellevue, Chalco, and Offutt AFB. The district was originally established as the Papillion School District, but with the rapid growth of La Vista (incorporated in 1960), the name of the city was officially added to the school district's name in 1987 by former Superintendent Roger Miller. The school district serves over 12,000 students.
