Parkgate /pɑːkˈɡeɪt/ is a village in the civil parish of Neston, on the Wirral Peninsula in Cheshire, England. It lies on the banks of the River Dee, adjoining 100 square kilometres (39 sq mi) of salt marsh. Parkgate forms part of the Neston built up area as defined by the Office for National Statistics. One of the electoral wards of Cheshire West and Chester is named after Parkgate; the ward had a population of 4,972 at the 2021 census.
