Pasikhan (Persian: پسيخان, also Romanized as Pasīkhān) is a village in Pasikhan Rural District, in the Central District of Rasht County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 460, in 158 families. Decreased from 609 people in 2006.

Pasikhan is the attested birthplace of cleric and prophet Mahmoud Pasikhani, the founder of the Nuqtavi movement.

Pasikhan is likewise known in recent years for its iconic Pashikan Dam.
