Pastiera (Italian: [paˈstjɛːra]; Neapolitan: [paˈstjeːrə]) or pastiera napoletana is a type of Neapolitan tart made with cooked wheat, eggs and ricotta cheese, and flavored with orange flower water. It is usually eaten at Easter.
