Pastrana (IPA: [pɐs'trana]), officially the Municipality of Pastrana (Waray: Bungto han Pastrana; Tagalog: Bayan ng Pastrana), is a municipality in the province of Leyte, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 19,359 people.
