Patricia Underwood

Patricia Underwood, Lady Moynihan of Chelsea (née Gilbert; born 11 October 1947), is a milliner who had her own company in New York City designing, manufacturing and marketing hats from 1976 to 2019. She continues with special commissions and other designs.
