Chiu Chang-hsiung (Chinese: 邱正雄; pinyin: Qiū Zhèngxióng; born 19 February 1942), also known by his English name Paul Chiu, is a Taiwanese economist and politician. He was the first appointed vice premier of Executive Yuan in the presidency of Ma Ying-jeou. Before his vice premiership, he was the minister of Finance, during the previous govern of Kuomintang, from 1996 to 2000.
