Pearl Nkrumah, (born c. 1980), is a Ghanaian businesswoman, lawyer, banker and corporate executive, who is the executive director at Access Bank Ghana Plc, a commercial bank, effective February 2022. She is the first woman to serve in that position, since the commercial bank was founded in 2009.
