Peio (Péj in local dialect) is a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 80 kilometres (50 mi) northwest of Trento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,892 and an area of 162.3 square kilometres (62.7 sq mi).
Peio borders the following municipalities: Martell, Valfurva, Rabbi, Ponte di Legno, Vermiglio, Ossana and Pellizzano.
