Pelinnaioi (Greek: Πελινναίοι) is a former municipality in the Trikala regional unit, Thessaly, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Farkadona, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 63.270 km2. Population 2,170 (2021). The seat of the municipality was in Taxiarches. The name derived from the inhabitants of the ancient city of Pelinnae, the ruins of which are located nearby.
