Peninnah

Peninnah (Hebrew: פְּנִנָּה‎ Pəninnā; sometimes transliterated Penina) was one of Elkanah's two wives, briefly mentioned in the first Book of Samuel (1 Samuel 1:2). Her name derives from the word פְּנִינָּה‎ (pəninā), meaning "pearl."
