General Sir Peter John Frederick Whiteley, GCB, OBE, DL (13 December 1920 – 2 February 2016) was a British Royal Marines officer. He served as Commandant General Royal Marines from 1975 to 1977 and then as Commander-in-Chief Allied Forces Northern Europe from 1977 to 1979.
