Pfaffenhofen an der Roth (German pronunciation: [pfafn̩ˈhoːfn̩ an deːɐ̯ ˈʁoːt], lit. 'Pfaffenhofen on the Roth') is a municipality and a village in the district of Neu-Ulm in Bavaria in Germany. Its most famous inhabitant was Hermann Köhl, an aviation pioneer of the 1920s.
