Phú Hải is a ward of Đồng Hới, Quảng Bình, Vietnam. It is located on the eastern part of Đồng Hới, on the western shore of Nhật Lệ River. The ward borders Đồng Hải Ward to the north, Bảo Ninh to the east, Quảng Ninh District to the south, as well as Đức Ninh Đông and Đức Ninh Commune to the west. In the year 2019, it has a total population of 4,262.
