Phạm Quang Nghị (Vietnamese pronunciation: [faːm˧˨ʔ kwaːŋ˧˧ ŋi˧˨ʔ]; born 2 September 1949 in Thanh Hóa Province) was the Secretary of the Party Committee in Ha Noi City from 2011 to 2016. He is a member of the 11th Politburo, in which he is ranked 9th.
