Phạm Hùng (Vietnamese: [faːm˧˨ʔ hʊwŋ͡m˨˩]; June 11, 1912 – March 10, 1988) was a South Vietnamese politician and the 2nd Prime Minister of the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam from 1987 to 1988.
