Phillip Vernor Olsen (born April 26, 1948) is an American former professional football player who was a center and defensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL) for the Los Angeles Rams and Denver Broncos. He was also a member of the Buffalo Bills. Olsen played college football for the Utah State Aggies. He is the younger brother of Pro Football Hall of Fame member Merlin Olsen.
