Phra Bisal Sukhumvit

Phra Bisal Sukhumvit (Thai: พระพิศาลสุขุมวิท), born Prasob Sukhum (ประสบ สุขุม) was the fifth chief of the Department of Highways in Thailand. Sukhumvit Road, one of Thailand's major highways, is named after him.
