Pilicode, or Pulicode, is a village in Kasaragod district in the state of Kerala, India. On 2018-04-12, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan declared Pilicode as the first filament bulb-free panchayat in India as part of the Oorjayaanam (ഊര്ജയാനം) project.
