Plamen Georgiev Konstantinov (Bulgarian: Пламен Георгиев Константинов) (born 14 June 1973) is a former Bulgarian volleyball player. He is currently the head coach of Lokomotiv Novosibirsk and the Bulgaria men's national volleyball team.
