Pogarsky District (Russian: Пога́рский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-seven in Bryansk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the south of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,196 square kilometers (462 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality (a work settlement) of Pogar. Population: 29,424 (2021 Census); 28,333 (2010 Census); 35,588 (2002 Census); 37,523 (1989 Soviet census). The population of Pogar accounts for 32.2% of the district's total population.
