Polanica-Zdrój [pɔlaˈɲit͡sa ˈzdrui̯] (German: Altheide-Bad) is a spa town in Kłodzko County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 11 km (7 mi) south-west of Kłodzko, and 89 km (55 mi) south-west of the regional capital, Wrocław. As at 2021, the town has a population of 6110.
