Przesieczany [pʂɛɕɛˈt͡ʂanɨ] (Upper Sorbian: Sedme) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Zgorzelec, within Zgorzelec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the German border. It lies approximately 8 km (5 mi) north-east of Zgorzelec, and 137 km (85 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
