The psoas minor muscle (/ˈsoʊ.əs/ or /ˈsoʊ.æs/; from Ancient Greek: ψόᾱ, romanized: psóā, lit. 'muscles of the loins') is a long, slender skeletal muscle. When present, it is located anterior to the psoas major muscle.
