Puncheston (Welsh: Cas-mael or Casmael) is a village, parish and community in Pembrokeshire, southwest Wales.
It sits below the mountain known as Castlebythe (English: Cow Castle), one of the peaks in the Preseli Mountains, just outside the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
