Owltan Rural District (Persian: دهستان اولتان) is in the Central District of Parsabad County, Ardabil province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Pirayuvatlu. The previous capital of the rural district was the village of Eslamabad-e Qadim, now the city of Eslamabad.
