Qiu Xueqiang (Chinese: 邱学强; born August 1957) is a Chinese prosecutor and politician. He was a representative of the 16th, 17th, and 19th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party. He was an alternate of the 16th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. He was a member of the Standing Committee of the 17th and 18th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. He is a member of the 19th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. He is a member of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
