Różyniec [ruˈʐɨɲɛt͡s] is a village in the administrative district of Bolesławiec, Lower Silesian Voivodeship in south-western Poland. It is situated in the territory of the municipality of Gromadka, approximately 6 km (4 mi) south-west of the village of the same name and the seat of the municipal authorities, approximately 12 km (7 mi) north-east of Bolesławiec, the capital of the county, and approximately 95 km (59 mi) west of Wrocław, the capital of the province. In 2011, according to the census conducted by the Central Statistical Office, the population was 399.
