Rafiath Rashid Mithila (born 25 May 1984) is a Bangladeshi actress, singer and development worker known professionally by the mononym Mithila. Besides her film work in both Bangladesh and Kolkata, India, she is the head of the Early Childhood Development programme in BRAC International.
