Rajesh Ramesh (born 28 March 1999) is an Indian track and field athlete who specializes in the 400 metres. He completed his schooling at Govt Hr Sec School, Peralam, where he was trained by PT Master, Paranthaman Selvaraj. In 2023, he won a gold medal in the 4 × 400 metres relay and a silver medal in the mixed 4 × 400 metres relay event at the 2022 Asian Games. He also competed in the same event at the 2023 World Athletics Championships, reaching the final after having set an Asian record of 2:59.05 in the heats. The team ultimately finished 6th in the final.
