Rajiv Kumar Agarwal (born 19 February 1960 in Hasanpur District Amroha Uttar Pradesh) is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer. On 15 May 2022, he assumed the charge as the 25th Chief Election Commissioner of India, and served until 18 February 2025.
