Regis Prograis (/ˈriːdʒɪs ˈproʊɡreɪ/ REE-jiss PROH-gray; born January 24, 1989) is an American professional boxer. He held the World Boxing Association (WBA) super lightweight title in 2019, and the World Boxing Council (WBC) super lightweight title from 2022 to 2023.
Prograis chose his nickname, "Rougarou", Louisiana French for 'werewolf', to pay homage to his grandfather, who is of Native American descent.
