Ricardo Preston Ratliffe (Korean: 라건아; RR: Ra Gun-ah; born February 20, 1989) is an American-born South Korean professional basketball player who last played for the Magnolia Chicken Timplados Hotshots of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). Ra played collegiately at the University of Missouri.
