Richard Douglas Cayley, DSO & Two Bars (6 October 1907 – 8 January 1943) was one of the most decorated British submariners of the Second World War. He was first awarded the Distinguished Service Order in 1941. His prowess earned him the nickname "Deadeye Dick".
