Robert Bruce Charles (born 1960) is an American lawyer and Republican political figure. He was assistant secretary of state at the U.S. State Department's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs for eighteen months from October 2003 to March 2005. He is a candidate for Governor of Maine in the 2026 election.
